How to use the PDF Merger

1. Click the upload area to choose PDF files, or drag and drop them onto it. You can add several at once.
2. Check the list of selected PDFs — each shows its name, size and page count.
3. Put them in the order you want using Move up and Move down, and Remove any you don’t need.
4. Press Merge PDFs. The files are combined in the exact order shown.
5. Press Download Merged PDF to save the result, or Clear all to start again.

What is a PDF merger?

A PDF merger combines two or more PDF documents into a single file, keeping every page in the order you choose. It is handy for putting together scanned pages, joining chapters or reports, combining invoices and receipts, or assembling a single document to email or print. This tool does it entirely in your browser, so your files stay on your device.

How to merge PDF files

Add all the PDFs you want to combine, arrange them into the right sequence, and merge. The tool reads each PDF with a built-in PDF engine, copies every page into a new document in list order, and produces one standard PDF you can download. Because the order in the list is exactly the order of the merged pages, you have full control: move a file to the top to put its pages first, or remove a file to leave it out.

Step by step

• 1. Add files — choose or drag in your PDFs (up to the limits shown in the tool).
• 2. Arrange — reorder with Move up / Move down; remove any you don’t want.
• 3. Merge — press Merge PDFs to build the combined document.
• 4. Download — save the merged PDF, named merged.pdf.

Supported files and limits

The tool accepts standard PDF files. For speed and stability in the browser there are sensible limits on the number of files and on individual and total size, all displayed in the interface. Password-protected or damaged PDFs may not be readable; if a file cannot be opened, the tool tells you clearly and skips it rather than failing silently. Merging keeps the pages as they are — it does not resize, re-compress or alter their content.

Privacy and local processing

Your PDFs are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded. There is no server processing, no cloud service and no account — the PDF engine runs on your own device, so it is safe to merge private contracts, statements and personal documents. When you close the tab, nothing remains.
