What to include
So we can act on your request, please include: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; the exact URL or location on our site where the material appears; your contact information (name, email, and address); a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notification
If you believe content you posted or submitted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification with equivalent detail, including your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement made in good faith.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question. We may also remove content at our discretion.
